The Woodside can be built to A277, Z241, or Z240-MH certifications:

A277 Certification complies with Part 9 of the BC Building Code and is designed to be placed on a permanent foundation. A277’s are permitted to include a loft.
Z240-MH and Z241-PM Certifications are designed for placement on piers and skirted, requiring no permanent foundation. These certifications do not allow for a loft.
