All our homes are built to meet and exceed current BC building codes, so you can rest assured that you will get the best tiny home money can buy.

We can build the Elkhorn in the A277 certification which complies with part 9 of the B.C. building code. The A277 Tiny Home is built on a wood frame and is designed to be placed on a permanent foundation. We can also build the Elkhorn in Z241 and Z241 Certifications. They can be placed on piers and skirted. Z240-MH and Z241 certifications do not require a permanent foundation. Check the FAQs section of this website for more details.
